Ordering & Shipping
Refunds for Canceled Orders
As BAIREZ produces each piece on demand, you can cancel your order during the preproduction period, NOT when your product has already been produced or has been shipped.
BAIREZ will only make changes when the client's request has not been made according to the order placed.
The purchased products will be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging so that we can process a change or refund.
For returns, keep your invoice or proof of purchase receipt.
We can not offer a return of items without proof of purchase.
You should ALWAYS contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can help you make the return and corroborate the existence of the error.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
We will refund the cost of the order to the original payment method you used for your order.
While the BAIREZ refund is immediate, once we have received the wrong or defective product, your bank or PayPal may take up to several business days to fully process the release.
Keep in mind that if you used a credit card to pay for your order, sometimes the refunds will not be visible. If they were made immediately after the initial payment, then no money was charged on your card.
Will I Have to Pay Duties or Import Tax on My Order?
Unfortunately, duties or import taxes are not included in the cost of shipping. Contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information about applicable duties or taxes. The amount of the import tax is determined by the classification of the traded product.
Which Payment Options Can I Use?
Orders may be paid for by using VISA or MasterCard.
Orders may be paid for via PayPal as long as PayPal is available in your country. Check PayPal to see where it is available. You may pay via PayPal in either EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar), GBP (British Pound) or JPY (Japanese Yen), depending on the destination country of your order. It's also possible to pay with Debit or Credit Card via PayPal. In that case, orders can be paid for using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
Please refer to PayPal for payment limits, countries that accept PayPal, disputes, and other terms.
How to use promotional codes?
Occasionally, we will give you promotional codes or vouchers as part of a specific discount action. If you want to use a promotional code, after your purchase, send us an email to email@example.com, in the subject: Order number of your purchase and attaching the discount received we will immediately refund the amount corresponding to the payment method Original used for your order. Keep in mind that, if a credit card is used to pay for your order, sometimes you will not be able to see the refunds immediately.
There are a few things to know about using promo codes:
. Only one promo code can be used per order.
. If your promo code has expired, there is no way to re-activate it.
. Some promo codes can be only used once.
. Promo codes can't be applied retroactively.
How is it the Progress of My Order?
You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Then we will send another email during the production instance and finally, an email with the tracking information when your order is sent.
Please check your junk mail and spam folder to ensure delivery. If you still have not received anything please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
Why Is My Order "On Hold"?
When your order has been put on hold, it means that we have encountered problems with the design. In the event of this happening, we will contact you by email and give you the opportunity to modify the design.
How Do I Update My Order?
Please contact us if you would like to:
. Change a selected size, material, color or finish. We will look into the status of your order and see if it is still possible to update the information.
. Update your shipping information. As long as your order hasn’t been prepared for shipment yet.
Can I Ship to a Different Address Than My Own?
Yes, you can ship your BAIREZ order to an address different from your billing address. Just fill in the desired delivery address in the shipment details during checkout. The shipping costs will be calculated based on this information. The country of destination determines whether you have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) or not.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
We ship worldwide using UPS or USPS.
Due to service limitations by our package delivery service we are unable to ship to certain countries. These limitations are a result of internal policies or international trade embargoes and economic sanctions.
A country that is not eligible for shipping will not be shown in the drop-down list of the 'Country' field during checkout.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. Flat rate shipping is applied for transparency and varies for each country. Exact shipping rates are USA Free Shipping, Canada USD 9.99 or Rest of World USD 14.99.
The country of destination determines whether you have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) or not.
How long does it take to produce my model?
The standard lead time indicated on our website represent the time between when you place an order and we ship it. The standard production time ranges from 15 to 20 business days.
How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive?
The transit time for the shipment depends on your location. Once your order has shipped, it typically takes 15 -20 days to arrive. Please note that we can't guarantee how quickly a package is processed through customs.
Can I Combine Two or More Orders in One Shipment?
Unfortunately not. However, instead of placing several orders in a short time frame, we recommend ordering everything at once in order to pay only once for shipping.
Size and material
What Sizes and Materials Can I Use?
In each of our products, there are the most requested sizes and materials for each product. If your size or material is not in the chosen product, contact us at email@example.com and we will inform you if we can do it as you need it and if there is a variable in the price. If so, we will guide you to complete your purchase.

General guidelines and recommendations
Every piece of jewelry requires some love and care after purchase. Here we give you some ideas on how to best care for your pieces and how to keep them looking great:
. Invest in a cloth to polish jewels and always clean your pieces after using them and before storing them.
. Store your Brass parts in zip-sealed velvet or plastic bags to delay oxidation. Or, embracing its natural effect!
. Always remove jewelry before bathing, bathing or swimming. Water, steam, and moisture are all responsible for oxidation and tarnish.
. Avoid applying cream or spraying perfumes when wearing jewelry. Also, keep in mind that when you put oils or perfumes on your ears you can come in contact with earrings.
. The most important thing is to try not to stress too much since most things can be easily cleaned and it is much more important to enjoy using BAIREZ jewelry!
Recommendations based on the material
Polished Brass has become an excellent choice for those looking for a piece at a reasonable price and with an impeccable finish. Our pieces will need special care to make them look clean and bright. Always remember to clean them after using them to remove dirt, chemicals or fingerprints, and we suggest you seal them in velvet or plastic bags to further delay natural oxidation. In the case of materials plated in 18K Gold or Silver, as the alloy is made with Brass base, in certain skins, they can leave a bluish-green hue, when in contact with perspiration or organic acids. In these cases, you can place a transparent nail lacquer film inside to avoid it. After a while, they will naturally oxidize (which many customers actually prefer!). If you want to keep them looking like new, you can use some dish detergent and warm water and give them a gentle exfoliation with a toothbrush. Another option is Brasso (a brass cleaning solution).
Gold Plated, Rose Gold Plated, Rhodium Plated jewelry can be easily cleaned by bathing in warm water with mild dish detergent and you can use a soft brush to clean it properly, then rinse well and let it dry. For a final touch, use a cloth to polish jewels to polish it afterwards.

Steel, Alluminum and Silver may tarnish over time, especially if it is not used frequently. You can simply remove tarnish with a polishing cloth or with a little baking soda mixed with water (to make a paste). Give the piece a gentle scrub with a soft brush.
Alternatively, we suggest Hagerty Silver Clean, which requires a 10-second nailing (be careful not to leave it too long!) In the solution, thoroughly clean and dry with a soft cloth.
All the Gold and Platinum should be washed with soap, water and be sure to dry them thoroughly with a jewelery cloth or a soft cloth. If they are very opaque, better to use a clean commercial metal, with paste or with a luster remover cloth.
